Just this past couple of weeks I am seeing more activites in the market. Buyers are writing offers instead of “just looking”, investors are out snapping up bargains…Multiple offers on REO properties…This is really exciting. My agents are writing more offers! All these gloom and doom talk in the media is not true!! On top of that, a lot of agents have left the industry, meaning those few of us left will be on top of the game when the good time rolls full force at us!
